With so many scam artist circulating the web it's nice to know there is a reputable company that delivers what they advertise and promise. I write this review just to let others know that RCG is the real deal and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get.

Above all else, communication is lightning fast; they understand what's important and are knowledgeable when answering your questions. It's a great place to buy and sell. Descriptions are accurate and if you are not satisfied, they will work with you as a human being, not as a rank and file customer (1st hand experience here). I am a repeat client, not customer, (there is a difference) for life.

Initially, during my research of your company I was doubtful that all of the wonderful reviews online about Resolute Consignment Group were all original reviews from real customers but after dealing with you and your company I am now one of "those" very impressed customers I read about. I purchased a 2016 John Deere Gator RSX 860i and you answered all my questions and understood my reservations about buying a very expensive utv without ever having tried it on before from an online company I have never heard from before. Have been pleased with Resolute Consignment Group. Items are as stated most of the time, and when they're not, customer service is very helpful. The transaction process is smooth, and the 10-day return policy is great for peace of mind. While there's room for improvement in description accuracy, RCG is a solid choice for consignment shopping!

The Resolute Consignment Group representative that I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with.
We looked over the car together and took pictures. They called my bank and confirmed they were consigning the car and releasing the lien. The whole deal was completed within 2 hours. Super Easy !!
